Density Inc., doing business as Routines, understands that privacy is especially important for families and caregivers. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use Routines websites, applications, sensors, messaging features, and related services.

By using Routines, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

Information We Collect

We may collect account, contact, billing, installation, support, and device information that you provide to us. We may also collect sensor and activity information from Routines devices and services so we can provide routine summaries, caregiver arrival updates, alerts, and related product features.

When you visit our websites, we may collect browser, device, cookie, analytics, and usage information to operate, secure, and improve the services.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide and improve Routines, including to:

• Set up and operate Routines accounts, sensors, and services.
• Provide caregiver alerts, activity summaries, and support.
• Process orders, subscriptions, payments, and shipping.
• Secure, troubleshoot, personalize, and improve our services.
• Communicate with you about your account and product updates.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

Google Calendar Data

Connecting Google Calendar is optional. If you choose to connect Google Calendar, Routines requests read-only calendar event access so Robin can answer calendar, availability, travel, and reminder questions.

With your permission, we may access calendar event details such as event titles, descriptions, locations, start and end times, attendees, organizer information, meeting links, recurrence information, and event status for calendars you select.

We use Google Calendar data only to provide and improve user-facing Routines features that use connected calendar context. Routines does not use Google Calendar data for advertising, retargeting, credit decisions, or sale to data brokers. Routines does not edit, create, or delete events in your Google Calendar through this connection.

Routines' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can revoke access from your Google Account permissions or contact us at privacy@density.io to request deletion of stored Google Calendar data.

Sharing Information

We may share information with service providers that help us operate Routines, including hosting, analytics, payment, communications, shipping, and customer support providers. We may also share information with affiliates, professional advisers, legal authorities when required, or with your consent.

We do not sell Google Calendar data. We do not use Google Calendar data for advertising.

Security and Retention

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No system is perfectly secure. We retain information for as long as needed to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

Your Choices and Rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, or export of certain personal information, subject to applicable law. You can also manage cookies through your browser and opt out of marketing emails by using unsubscribe links or contacting us.

Children's Privacy

Routines is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without appropriate consent.
