Terms of Service
Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your use of Density Inc. products and services, including Routines websites, applications, subscriptions, sensors, messaging features, and related software. Density Inc. does business as Routines. In these terms, "Density," "Routines," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Density Inc.; "you" and "your" refer to the person or entity using the services.
By using Routines, creating an account, buying products, or accepting an order document, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
Routines Services
Routines provides products and services intended to help families and caregivers understand activity patterns, caregiver visits, reminders, and related care context. Routines is not an emergency response service, medical device, medical advice service, or substitute for professional care.
You are responsible for using Routines lawfully, keeping account credentials secure, and making sure you have appropriate permissions for homes, residents, caregivers, calendars, sensors, and other data sources connected to your account.
Subscriptions, Fees, and Payment
Fees, billing terms, subscription periods, hardware purchases, and shipping terms are described at purchase or in an applicable order document. Unless stated otherwise, fees are nonrefundable except as required by law or expressly stated in writing by Density.
You authorize Density and its payment processors to charge the payment method you provide for applicable fees, taxes, shipping, renewals, and other charges.
Hardware and Software
Routines hardware, embedded software, applications, APIs, content, trademarks, and related technology are owned by Density or its licensors. Subject to these terms, Density grants you a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to use the services for your personal or internal business purposes.
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, interfere with, or misuse the services except as allowed by law or expressly authorized by Density.
Data and Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information. By using Routines, you agree that Density may process information as described in the Privacy Policy.
Third-Party Services
Routines may integrate with third-party services such as Google Calendar, messaging providers, payment processors, analytics providers, or device platforms. Your use of third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Density is not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
Disclaimers
Routines is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis except as expressly stated in writing. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Density disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Density will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising out of or related to the services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Density's total liability for claims related to the services will not exceed the amount paid by you to Density for the services giving rise to the claim during the twelve months before the claim arose.
Termination
You may stop using Routines at any time. Density may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk, fail to pay amounts owed, or if required by law. Some provisions, including payment obligations, ownership, disclaimers, limits of liability, and dispute terms, survive termination.
Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law rules. Unless otherwise required by law or agreed in writing, disputes will be resolved in San Francisco County, California.
